Velocity Converter app for iPhone and iPad

Velocity Converter is unit conversion program designed for the accident investigator. It simultaneously converts velocities/speeds from units of to units of:
Feet per second
Miles Per Hour
Inches Per Second (needed in Crush Analysis)
Kilometer Per Hour
Meters Per Second
Centimeters Per Second (needed in Crush Analysis)

When a velocity/speed is entered into the app, the user simple selects the current unit of measurement for the entered value, and then all of the other values will be displayed. For instance, if a velocity of 56 km/h is entered the app will display results of:

51.04 fps
34.8 mph
1556 cm/s
15.56 m/s
56 km/h

The ability to convert from km/h to in/s is particularly useful when calculating stiffness coefficients for a crush analysis. The data obtained from NHTSA crash test reports are typically in units of km/h but have to be entered into the Stiffness Coefficient equations in units of in/s when working in the Imperial System or cm/s when working in the Metric System.
